Avocado Sauce

I like to try something different. That’s me. I don’t usually stick to the conventional way of preparing or eating food. After all, food can be exciting right?

So I tried something different from the ordinary with avocado. I call it Avocado🥑 Sauce. It’s ideal eaten as a dip or sandwich, with breads or pancakes. I just love it. And it’s quite nutritious too.

Now I want to show you just how I prepare this delicious avocado🥑 sauce. It’s very simple, and you’ll love it 😋😉.

I Used:(In this particular post I didn’t include the garlic otherwise I usually do)

2 avocados

1 red tomato

1 fresh pepper

1 small onion

2 garlic cloves(optional)

2 eggs (boiled)

1tablespoon olive oil

(Peel and chop every ingredient and set aside. Also avocados must be ripe and soft)

Method

>Put the olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic if using, and onions. Set over low to medium heat. Also add the tomato and pepper.

>Stir fry until it begins to dry up and the tomato and pepper are tender.

>Remove from heat and let cool.

>Mash the avocados into a coarse puree and add the chopped eggs to it. Also add the cooled down sauce.

>Mix everything together.

And that’s it..

Serve.
